Aaron is a Charlottesville native who graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a degree in Business Management. Initially a pitcher at Randolph-Macon, he shifted his focus to coaching. Aaron's coaching experience includes interning with University of Virginia Baseball, serving as Director of Baseball Operations for the Canes 17u American team, and working as a pitching coach at the Covenant School. He has since graduated from VCU with a Master’s Degree in Sport Leadership, where he managed apparel for over 12 teams and helped with baseball and basketball game day operations. He currently serves as an Assistant Pitching Coach and operations assistant for the Canes 17u National staff
